The Stevens-Coolidge House Gardens is a historically significant early 20th-century estate situated in North Andover, Massachusetts. This project, developed in collaboration with the Trustees of Reservations, aims to implement a phased expansion strategy that respects and enhances the estate’s rich botanical and garden legacy.

The project involves close collaboration with the Trustees’ horticulturists to create diverse plant ecologies that celebrate the natural beauty of the landscape. Key features of the design include the establishment of meadows, perennial gardens, rain gardens, and formal gardens. Through this initiative, the Stevens-Coolidge House Gardens will preserve the historical significance of the estate and provide an engaging programmed space for the community to connect with nature.
