The Pryde, New England’s first LGBTQ+ affirming seniors housing campus, seamlessly integrates ecological function with a focus on enhancing resident health and well-being. The carefully selected native gardens support pollinators and birds, while providing familiar and engaging plantings that resonate with seniors and their caregivers. Shaded canopy structures combined with robust biodiverse plant communities create inviting garden nooks and restorative walking paths throughout the campus, promoting mental well-being and fostering a sense of belonging. This campus features a variety of programmed spaces designed to enhance the quality of life for residents while nurturing the environment, creating a vibrant and supportive community.
