The plaza is vibrantly activated through a blend of seasonal programming and celebratory events, such as the iconic Boston Marathon. Retail establishments within the plaza draw visitors in, providing inviting spaces for café seating and tranquil garden nooks where the public can relax and enjoy the surroundings. This thoughtfully designed environment fosters community engagement and enhances the overall experience for both locals and tourists alike.

The design transformed this underused windswept plaza into a vibrant urban destination with custom planters and lighted wind vanes that celebrate the movement of wind through the project.
The plaza, with its organic benches and gardens, brings a unique experience inviting visitors to engage the vibrant programming that defines this mixed-use hub.
