The Pryde, New England’s First LBGTQA+ affirming affordable senior housing in Boston has been awarded the Global Architecture Design Award for its residential landscape! Designed for a community where nearly 50% of LGBTQ+ seniors are not out and many face discrimination in traditional housing, these outdoor spaces offer residents the freedom to be themselves while connecting with nature and one another.

The Pryde was also a 2025 winner for the Boston Preservation Alliance, as well as won Pro-Runner-Up in Core77’s 2025 Built Environment Awards! Thank you to all the jury’s, and congratulations to all the contributing teams!
