TMC Helix Park has been recognized with three of the highest honors at the 18th Grand Prix Du Design Awards: Award of the Year, and Grand Winner, receiving Gold Certification.

As one of the year’s most celebrated international design competitions, the Grand Prix Du Design Awards recognize excellence, innovation, and meaningful contributions to the built environment. This recognition reflects the project’s forward-thinking approach to shaping a new district for research, health innovation, and community. Designed as a place where collaboration and discovery intersect with vibrant public spaces, TMC Helix Park sets a new benchmark for urban innovation environments.

This achievement would not have been possible without the extraordinary collaboration between our teams, project partners, and consultants, whose commitment carried the project from concept to completion.
